Award-winning singer-songwriter, musician and actor Kris Kristofferson has been named this week as a headliner at the Johnny Cash Heritage Festival, scheduled for October 19-21 in Dyess, Arkansas. Best known for his songs "Me and Bobby McGee", "For the Good Times", "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down", and "Help Me Make It Through the Night", Kristofferson is set to bring an extra dose of authenticity to the inaugural event. The Country Music Hall Of Famer and former Highwaymen will perform alongside Roseanne Cash, Joanne and Tommy Cash, and Buddy Jewell on Saturday the 21st at 12:15pm. The three-day event also features a symposium starting Thursday afternoon that runs until early Saturday. Tickets are on sale now and available online here.
